At Bilton Medical Centre, complaints are taken seriously. There are several avenues in which complaints can be made. Please note that in the first instance where possible please ask to speak to the Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager. They will speak to you and advise how to direct the complaint. They may also provide answers to you so that you can determine if you wish to pursue the complaint any further.
PRACTICE MANAGER SESSION
The practice manager holds a patient drop in sessions on Tuesday mornings between 09.00am - 10.00am. Any patient complaints/concerns and indeed suggestions can be discussed directly with the manager or her secretaries during this time.
